Outreach Enrollment and Retention

The Consortium supports increased access to health care through a variety of efforts. In order to ensure that health centers are able to participate significantly in health insurance expansion and other health care reform efforts, the Consortium provides comprehensive training for clinic staff on public insurance options, outreach and education, enrollment, and retention support. We provide public workshops throughout Contra Costa and Solano Counties to ensure that individuals and families are aware of the Affordable Care Act and the opportunities to gain access to health insurance.

The Consortium also actively partners with numerous advocacy organizations throughout California to develop strategies that ensure access to care for uninsured and underinsured individuals after implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
