The Consortium provides planning resources for emergency preparedness to it’s member clinics and enhance California Community Health Centers’ (CCHCs) capability to participate as an integral part of healthcare system disaster response.

The Consortium also supports regional training and technical assistance infrastructure to ensure CCHCs inclusion in local and regional disaster planning and integration into local healthcare coalitions for emergency response.  In addition, we support the continuation of ongoing Community Health Center Emergency Preparedness Planning activities such as the Clinical Emergency Preparedness Peer Network (CEPPN), training, planning and technical assistance.
